This program applies to anyone working in an office or administrative type setting. It will provide basic information needed to recognise and report signs, symptoms, and risk factors associated with Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD’s). It forms an important part of an induction for office workers and administrators who spend a good part of their day at a desk, on the phone or working on a computer.
